ALL classes are paid in full prior to starting. Class packs are valid for 12 months from the sale date unless otherwise indicated. All class pack expiry dates are indicated below the class pack selection at time of purchase. Extensions/freezing not available under any circumstance...so USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE THEM! Class packs are applicable solely to classes on the regular group class schedule and may not be used toward private & small group sessions/workshops/events/promotions. Class packs are non shareable/transferable nor refundable unless otherwise indicated. 1 class per day for unlimited packages. All terms "as is".
Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years (15 & under with provisions)
The minimum age is 16 years. However, we welcome our younger Sister & Brother Warriors who are between the ages of 12 - 15, a parent/legal guardian must be "reachable" during class.
1st Time Visitor Intro Pack
This pack is designed especially for 1st Time Visitors to Judy's Group Fitness Inc., giving you the opportunity to try our classes. A 1st Time Visitor is someone who's never taken a class with us before. Intro Pack is valid for 2 weeks from the purchase date. In the event a return visitor purchases this pack, it will be charged as a drop in class or equivalent dollar value will be applied to a pack of choice provided a new pack of 10 or more classes is purchased no later that 1 week from the original purchase. No extensions or freezing under any circumstance.
Class Sign Up & Client Cancellations
We have a finite amount of space and equipment. It is highly recommended that you sign up in advance for all classes. This may be done on-line or in person. Your reservation will be held until class begins. In the spirit of fairness to all, reservations for class may be cancelled online or by telephone, without charge, up to 60 minutes prior to the beginning of class. In the event of late cancellations and "no shows", the class is deducted from your package and for unlimited passes, 1 day is deducted. Please note, we are sensitive to life's unexpected turn of events. We are happy to make exceptions to our policy and continue to encourage you to pre-register for your classes up to 1 week in advance to help make Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. a daily part of your life. You are able to cancel your reservation by 1) Logging in to your Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. account and cancel your scheduled class and/or 2) calling Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. a minimum of 60 MINUTES before your scheduled class. If a reservation is early cancelled, the class is credited to your Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. account to use towards future reservations.
Studio Class Cancellations
Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class at any time prior to class start time. In the event that the class is cancelled and you are registered for that class, have provided your correct email adress in your account, and have given the right to be contacted via our online booking system, you will be notified and the class is credited to your account. Please ensure your account is up to date.
If you are added to class from a wait-list, you will need to confirm your reservation as soon as you receive notification prior to the start of class. Each time you are added to a class from the wait-list, you will receive an automatic Wait-list Notification email. Once received, please respond to the email notification to confirm or cancel the reservation. Once a class is confirmed you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class. To help us contact you as quickly as possible, please ensure we have your correct email address as well as mobile or home telephone number.
Cell phones or any other electronic devices inside the studio room(s) are not permitted. Under extenuating circumstances, your cell phone may be left at the front desk and the Front Desk Associate will get you if there is an emergency call. If you need to place a call or send a message during class, please leave the studio. Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. is not responsible for personal belongings. Cubbies are provided in the studio room(s) to store all personal items. Judy’s Group Fitness Inc. is not responsible for personal items such as shoes and/or water bottles if left at the studio.
"Life Happens" Class Pack Extensions
We understand that life happens. In the event of a medical situation (or similar, case by case) and you need an extension to your class pack, please let us know as soon as possible prior to your pack expiry date. In the event of non medical situations, the remainder of your classes may be carried over for 1 month, provided we are notified before the current class pack expires and a new class pack must be purchased at the same time...so if you don't want to lose 'em, use 'em!

Managing Your Online Account
To manage your reservations and client account we use Mindbody Online. This system will enable you to see up to the minute schedules of classes at our studio and allows you to reserve a spot in those sessions. Scheduled classes will be charged to your current package. Through your account, you may register/cancel/purchase classes for yourself and/or family members.
ALL SALES FINAL. Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special class series promotions are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be shared or extended under any circumstance. Merchandise is non-refundable. In the spirit of fairness to all, TERMS ARE "AS IS", without exception.
