The Globe and Mail recently described Judy's B.O.B. FIT classes as "a motivational, martial arts inspired dance-a-thon"...while the The North York Post reported "Best Punch and Judy Show - spend an hour Cardio Kick Boxing with Judy. It's upbeat, the music's great and you'll get fit."

Judy values highly the relationship between instructor and student. Her schedule of classes reflects her understanding of their need for exercise at a convenient location, at convenient times of the day, in a bright, well-equipped studio.

It is the support of her husband, family, friends and clientele that has made Judy's Group Fitness Inc. a reality.

Laira Thomas
Laira comes to Judy’s originally as a daily JGF client and in her own words, “after the first punch I knew it was over, I was hooked for life!”. Before having her children, Laira was a dedicated award winning student in Tae Kwan Do, and has many years' experience as a dance and competitive gymnastic coach working with teenagers and young kids. Laira is CPR and Can-Fit-Pro FIS certified (Group Fitness Instructor) as well as a certified parent coach, having studied the William Glasser Choice Theory.

When Laira isn’t at Judy’s, she runs a medical aesthetics business at Che Bella Spa in the GTA and of course is very busy smooching her two beautiful kids and hubby.

Laira really is lovely...don’t be fooled by her need to yell and make you sweat at every class...it’s really just about kicking some B.O.B.!

Will "Leon" Romero
Ontario's first Mixed Martial Arts Champion, Will is a world class competitor and inspirational leader.  He began his professional fighting career a bit later than most of his featherweight competitors, but at the age of 29 Will is already one of Canada's most talked-about mixed martial artists. Boasting an unblemished pro MMA record of 8-3, he was recently touted by MMAcanada.net — one of Canada's top MMA news sources — as “the real deal.”

Born in Canada, Will spent a large chunk of his childhood living in Ecuador, where his family traces its ancestry. At 17, he enlisted as an infantry soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces, became a paratrooper and served overseas in Bosnia. While serving in the military, he began watching MMA fights in his spare time and was intrigued by the sport. When he left the military at the age of 25, he took up Muay Thai and began training with prominent Romanian-born instructor Alin Halmagean.
