kickboxing power intervals, core stabilization intervals and athletic drills, toning, conditioning & strengthening major
muscle groups...box, lunge, squat and crunch yourself to a stronger you...a great way to work on technique and proper form

or been with us for a while and want to kick it up a notch?...nothing like perfecting your cardio kick boxing basics
to increase the effectiveness of your movement and heighten the benefits of your workout…this class is ideal for new
& seasoned kickers...and you may be thinking "I've been kicking for a while or do I really need to do this?"...YES!...it
is highly recommended that you do...whether you've been with us for 1 year or 1 day, we want your time in class to
be an amazing experience for you and your safety is our priority...Technique Tune Up & Essentials lays the
foundation for good techniqe...ok...we'll get off our "soap box"!

JGF Core Challenge ABS, ABS, ABS!!...and...more ABS!!...and beloved PUSH UPS!!...based on the fundamental principles
of Pilates, participants are guided through standing and floor postures and movements focusing on strengthening and controlling
the muscles which comprise the core. Small equipment is used including weights, bands etc. MAT REQUIRED
