Intro & Refresher - Judy's Cardio Kickboxing
New to us or been with us for a while and want to kick it up a notch?...nothing like perfecting your cardio kick boxing basics to increase the effectiveness of your movement and heighten the benefits of your workout…this class is ideal for new & seasoned kickers...and you may be thinking "I've been kicking for a while or do I really need to do this before my first class?"...it is highly recommended that you do...whether you've been with us for 1 year or 1 day, we want your time in class to be an amazing experience for you and your safety is our priority...the Intro session lays the foundation for good techniqe...ok...we'll now get off our "soap box!!"

focuses on strengthening the muscles that keep your “tummy in, chest up, shoulders down & head high”.

YOU are your best leader...find it...go beyond your own expectations...find your spirit, tap into it,  and move it into action effortlessly and with intent...enough said...come experience for yourself...please note participants will be asked to call drills...no stress though...it's tons of fun and oh so empowering!

Judy's Cardio Kick Boxing & Conditioning
Fun with B.O.B & small equipment...this class is a dynamic hour of cardio kickboxing power intervals, core stabilization intervals and athletic drills, toning, conditioning & strengthening major muscle groups...box, lunge, squat and crunch yourself to a stronger you...a great way to work on technique and proper form too...think of it as shoring up your foundation!
